Who is Kayuku Furniture?
Kayuku Furniture is the furniture and home accessories design and manufacturing division of The De Vishnu Group, a fully registered and independently owned and operated company, based in Bali Indonesia.

What do you do?
We design and manufacture quality furniture and home accessories for the export market. We are specialists in furniture made from teakwood, rattan, and bamboo material. Our Customers can choose from an extensive range of furniture and home accessories catalogues, or develop new designs. We are known for the uniqueness of our designs, our focus on quality during production, and for our customer service.

Some of your furniture and home accessory products are close to what I want, but not quite. Can you help?
Yes, we can. We design and make our furniture and home accessory products ourselves, and we are continually redesigning our collections to stay fresh and original. We love designing new items, so send us a rough drawing with the color, material, pattern, finishing, quantity, and size specifications – and we will get back to you. How do I know that what I see is what I get?
The million-dollar question, and the one question we are asked the most. From the time you place your order, until the time it is ready to ship, we supervise and oversee the entire production and handling of your order. We make sure your product is made to the correct color, size, and material specifications. We make sure the work is arranged in the most effective and efficient manner to meet time and date milestones. How often do you update your catalogues?
We add new items to existing collections continuously, and we try to add a new product collection in one of our catalogue lines at least once a month. Every Friday we update new items and pages to the web. Check back regularly or sign up for our regular Hot Furniture newsletter to get the latest in furniture and home accessory products from Bali and Indonesia.

Why do some of your products have a price and others do not?
We do print the prices for furniture and home accessory products that we have in stock. We do not print our prices for products that we need to make to order. For made to order products, we do not publish online our prices for two reasons: 1. most of the products we display are manufactured by ourselves… and most of our business customers do not want their customers to know what they pay; and 2. prices for made to order products are determined by the volume of an order….and each customer wants a different number of a particular product, so we have a sliding scale of prices linked to the quantity of the product ordered.

Can you give me exclusivity on your furniture or home accessory products?
If you are able to guarantee an agreed minimum order amount per annum, we may be able grant you exclusive rights to a collection or product line, for a specific geographic location. See our Partners section for more details.

How do I place an order?

How do I pay for my order?
You may pay by telegraphic transfer between banks, or by faxing your credit card details to us. You will find more information on how to pay for an order, online or offline, in our Customer Order Info section.

Most other sites have a minimum order amount. Do you?
No, we do not have a minimum order amount. We do not expect you to order a large quantity of products without having an initial sample, and not having done business with us before. Developing trust takes time….and it is two way.

Can I change the quantity of items I have ordered?
Adding more items or increasing the quantity is easy. Reducing the amount is not so easy, especially when production has begun, and we have committed financially for a set number of items at a set price….there are certain times when an order cannot be cancelled or reduced.

Can I get a refund of my deposit if I change my mind, or I want to cancel the order?
If production of your order has begun, than we cannot refund your deposit. If production of your order has not begun, than we can refund the deposit.

How do you send me my products?
Depending on the volume, size, and value of your order, we will send you your products by sea, air, or courier. You will find more information on the shipment of your order in our Customer Order Info section.

Do I need to insure my products?
Yes. Don't even think about not insuring your order… it is not worth the risk.

When can I expect to get my order?
The lead-time for an order depends on the size of the order, and the quantities of each item. You will find more information on the delivery time of your order in our Customer Order Info section.
