How it Works

We put our own staff into the factory, and we supervise and oversee every stage in the furniture or home accessories production cycle, from design drawings and product samples, through to the actual making of the product. We make sure the furniture or home accessories product meets product specs or PCRs in regard to the color, size, nature and shape of the materials used, and in regard to the finish, color, feel, texture and shape of the finished product. We also make sure the furniture production workflow is arranged in the most economical and efficient manner to meet shipment deadlines. We report production progress regularly.

Kayuku Furniture charges a variable fee for all furniture production services work undertaken on behalf of buyers. This fee varies according to the quantity, materials, variety and volume of the furniture and home accessories products being produced. This fee is not chargeable should Kayuku Furniture use its own furniture manufacturing facility to produce your products.
