Our Chief Furniture Designer!

We get great feedback from buyers who tell us that our designs are great. And we work hard to create contemporary teak furniture that is elegant and stylish.

The driving force behind our designs is Ayu Conroy...also known as Ketut Rahayuni. Ayu is the Managing Director of the company, but also is the creative force and spirit behind the designs.

Ayu brings a passion for designing, and for working to achieve the balance between style and function. She draws inspiration for her designs locally from the blend of modern and traditional interiors and styles that is unique to Bali, and from her travels overseas in Asia, Europe, Australia and the Middle East.

Ayu looks for simplicity in her styles and shapes, and strives to bring the best features of her favorite material, teak wood, to the high standards required of furniture used in modern living.

Ayu is Balinese, and comes originally from the North of the island, near Singaraja. After graduating from University she worked in Marketing for a large teak furniture company in Bali, while completing a post graduate course in product design.
